Deborah Patta is a well-known media personality, having started her career at Talk Radio 702 in 1990. She worked her way up through the ranks, specialising in the journalism field. In 2000 she became executive producer and anchor of the hard-hitting interview program, 3rd Degree. The show airs weekly.

Now working as a freelance investigative journalist, Deborah has covered some high-profile court cases including that of Oscar Pistorius.

Deborah talks on a range of topics, including a passionate keynote talk on why South Africa is such a great place to live. She also talks about "Why Africa Matters", "Lessons From History" as well as "Finding Your Voice: Empowering Women."
